Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty, in which case standard refund terms will apply.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jujobaby.com.au and send your item to: PO Box 6488 Point Cook Victoria AU 3030.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 6488 Point Cook Victoria AU 3030
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
GIVEAWAY T&C
1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open worldwide to anyone 18yrs and over at the time of entry.
2. Agreement: By submitting your name and email address you will subscribe to Jujo Babys email list. You will receive future emails from us but can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of the newsletter.
3. Giveaway dates: Entries will be accepted until May 31st AEST, at 11:59 PM. 2023.
4. How to Enter: The giveaway will be entered by via the landing page and submitting your first name and email address. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested. There is no requirement to purchase to enter this giveaway.
5. Prizes: The giveaway prize of a $150 store voucher to be used anywhere on this website to purchase available product without expiry. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. The prize is non-transferable. All prize related expenses such as shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner selection and notification: The winner of the giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. This will be drawn after the giveaway closes on 31st May 2023. The winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the giveaway with within seven (7) days following the winner selection. Jujo Baby shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted and fails to claim the prize within 28 days from the time notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
7. Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that Jujo baby, will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, the entry and winner's name only, without any further compensation.
8. Terms: Jujo Baby reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct. In such case, Jujo Baby may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action has been taken. Jujo Baby reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.
9. Disputes: On selection of the winner the promoter, Jujo Babys decision is final. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
