Shipping and Handling
All Jujo baby prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD $). If ordering outside of Australia please use a currency converter such as www.xe.net.
At Jujo baby we offer rates for shipping which are very competitive with other online shops. Our rates are $8.90(Australia Post’s Regular Service), or $10.95 (Express Post). Please contact us if your order is over 1kg for a quote as special rates will be offered.
We aim to have all parcels shipped from our location within 2 business days from your payment being received.
We ship using Australia Post. We have found Australia Post to be very reliable, however, if you would like insurance and a calling card to be left if you are not home please contact us to arrange a registered mail delivery. This will be an extra charge.
Your parcel leaves our premises in an excellent condition and we take no responsibility for what may happen in transit, including but not limited to postal strikes, damages, and loss of parcel as this is outside of our control. If this happens we will do everything possible to track it down for you and rectify any problems, but we will not be expected to replace the parcel or offer reimbursement. If you are concerned please use a registered post service. If there is to be a delay in your turnaround time longer than the 2 days we allow, then you will be notified on the home page, or sent an email.
For international orders most countries will have the Australia Post Zone allocated and a reduced postal charge provided at checkout, if this is not the case please send us an email for a quote, and we will gladly supply you with the rate. We will dispatch by Australia Post and all deliveries require a signed authorisation or use a certified tracking number, ensuring your order is safely delivered to you. Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Please allow up to 14 days working days for international deliveries.
Prices do not include any overseas duties & customs charges. These are payable by the customer on delivery of goods if any fees are applicable and Jujo baby is not responsible for the payments of these duties and taxes.
The regulations concerning whether or not your order will require additional custom and duty taxes will vary by country and it is the obligation of the consumer to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office.
At Jujo baby all orders are carefully checked by hand prior to being sent out. However, we do understand that faults do happen and will exchange items or provide a full refund in the event that:
- The product is faulty.
- The product is not the ordered style, colour or size.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of order with the goods in original packaging, with tags intact, unworn and unwashed. Returns outside of this period will only be accepted at the discretion of Jujo baby.
Acceptance of returned goods shall not be construed as an agreement to refund the purchase price until after the goods have been inspected and found to be in a condition satisfactory to Jujo baby, and then only if the reason for the return of the goods is considered valid by Jujo baby in its discretion.
Please note there will be no delivery charge for returned items if the above terms are met.
Jujo baby has size charts on the website to help you choose the right size for your baby; however, in the event that the garment does not fit we are more than happy to exchange providing the garment is returned in the original packaging, with tags intact, unworn and unwashed. Delivery charges will be at the purchaser’s expense.
Please choose carefully as unfortunately returns/exchanges will not be made due to “change of mind”.
